Why Rubicon

"It has been a year since my husband Josh joined with Rubicon. He was working for a large dental franchise before we found Rubicon. We hardly ever saw him because he was working six 12 hour days. The franchise was so focused on the quantity of production and the money. Josh was exhausted at the end of his work day. He had nothing left to give his family. When we found Rubicon, the drastic difference was astonishing to us. Josh went from working six days a week, to four days. In a short time, the stress level had decreased significantly. Having Rubicon in our corner has made it possible for Josh to focus all his attention on the patients again. He has been able to take the time during his treatment to really get to know and care for the patients. As for our family, when he comes home at the end of the day, he has the energy to play with our children and be present 100% of the time.
